We are looking for an Early Learning Child Care Teacher Assistant/Para to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children in our facilities.
You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination.

*Responsibilities*
* Design and follow a full schedule of activities and discover suitable teaching materials
* Provide basic care and caregiving activities, such as diaper changes, potty-learning, feeding, naptime routine, & self-care
* Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance the child’s abilities
* Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track
* Remain in constant communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children
* Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action
* Collaborate with other colleagues
* Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources
*Skills*
* Proven experience in child care / daycare teacher
* Excellent knowledge of child development and willingness to educate oneself in Montessori Philosophy.
* Creative, Fun, Loves to Sing & Dance
* Patience, flexibility and love for children
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Degree in early childhood education, CDA Infants & Toddlers preferred but not required
*High School diploma or GED is required.
- *CDA or Associates in ECD or equivalent is preferred.
*Obtain CDA within 18 months or an Associates in ECD *
*Obtain First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days.
*
*Successfully complete a physical exam and TB skin test before beginning employment and every three years thereafter.
*
*Submit to and pass standard criminal history check and drug screen test.
