Clark Grave Vault has manufactured a complete line of the highest quality metal burial vaults in the world.
Today's product line consists of burial vaults, urn vaults, and grave liners.
Summary:
Load and unload trucks to deliver vaults to clients.
Also responsible for other deliveries as necessary.
Keep warehouse clean and keep an accurate inventory.
Work the docks loading and unloading vaults and other freight, cleaning truck and equipment.
Deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a valid driver’s license.
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Load and unload steel grave vaults on and off 26’ Box Truck and Flat Bed truck for deliveries.
- Load and unload steel grave vault on and off tractor trailers.
- Set up for services at cemeteries (grass, tents, chairs, chair covers, etc.
)
- Maintain truck with all necessary and working equipment.
- Maintain a clean truck.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on truck.
- Interact with clients and/or cemetery workers on a daily basis.
- Complete and process all necessary paperwork for deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain clean driving record.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completion of High School or GED required.
- Must possess a valid CDL B Drivers License (must be insurable through our insurance company)
- Knowledge of E-log books and how to keep accurate and correct information and DOT regulations.
- No DUI or similar convictions on license.
- Must be able to read maps and follow directions.
Essential Physical Functions:
- Must be able to frequently push and pull vaults using a two-wheel cart.
Ability to exert 50 lbs.
of pressure to push, pull, and move vaults.
Frequently sit for continuous periods of time (4 or more hours) while making deliveries and waiting on services.
Must be able to walk 6-8 hours per day and stand 6-8 hours per day.
