Located in Iola, KS Plant, you will be a Quality Technician.
· A Quality Technician is responsible for system, process, and product auditing to ensure on-going suitability of our operations in meeting customer quality requirements.
· Perform incoming, in-process, final inspections / auditing.
        · Utilize software for data entry, reporting and analysis.
· Participate in and lead cross-functional problem solving, containment, corrective actions, and improvement activities.
· Depending upon your specific assignment you may also: o Have direct or indirect interface with customers and suppliers regarding quality.
o Coordinate and perform calibrations and gauge studies.
o Coordinate and perform testing.
o Coordinate the prototype and production approval processes and documentation (Sample/PPAP).
o Perform special assignments as required.
*ABOUT YOU* - Experience in manufacturing and quality is preferred.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, while maintaining quality standards.
  - Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instructions.
- Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
