Pay Range: $27-$35/hour
Job Summary
The Foreman is responsible for closely supervising and assisting with the construction of the underground utility site.
Foreman will need to be able to lead experienced drillers, as well as train new laborers while maintaining safe productive job sites.
Primary Responsibilities
Thorough knowledge of underground construction map reading
Verifying conduit runs
Proofing existing conduit and verifying fibers that are currently in place
Proofing customer conduit from right of way to mechanical rooms
Accurately installing fiber and cable sizes.
Span could be up to 1,000 feet
Jetting and verifying frozen ducts are completed

Qualifications
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record for team development and employee mentoring capabilities
Understanding of all underground installation processes
Keen attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
2 years foreman experience within the installation industry
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
Valid, unrestricted Class A CDL required to comply with insurance requirements
Willing to travel
