Description Being a camp staff member is likely to be one of the most fun jobs you will ever have.
It might also be one of the hardest.
But the memories you will make, the kids you will help, and the people you will meet make this job one of the most worthwhile experiences you have in a lifetime.
Seasonal staff positions begin in late May with one or two weeks of paid training and end in early August.
Our available positions include cabin leaders who live and work in camp cabins with a specific group of kids and program specialists who lead a specific activity like swimming or high ropes.
All positions require successful completion of a criminal background check, personal interview and reference check and a willingness to work together with others in a "camper-first" community.
Staff live and work onsite for the summer season.
Occasional staff positions will be shorter in duration.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with youth or younger kids in an educational or child care environment.
Wildwood serves a high percentage of low-income children and teens.
We value experience or training in mental health and crisis response; and training or education in trauma-informed care.
Salary $50 - $120 per day
